Guests must be 25 or older to book. Maximum occupancy is 15. Upon check-in, guests have 24 hours to inspect the property and notify of any concerns. Additional maintenance calls may incur a minimum service call fee of $50. Unapproved later checkout times will incur a $20 fee per 10 minutes past the scheduled time. No diving is allowed in the pool, and no glass is permitted on the screened porch. Pool heat is available during cooler months for $40/night with prior notice.
