The fully-equipped kitchen makes meal preparation a breeze, and alfresco dining is available on the stylish patio. A dedicated game room with air hockey and a TV lounge is perfect for movie nights or friendly competitions. The villa is spread across two floors, with the master suite featuring a king bed and en-suite bathroom on the ground floor. Thoughtful amenities include a modern washer/dryer, Smart TVs, board games, a game console, and an iron. Air conditioning and heating are available to ensure your comfort. Pool heat is available for $40/night with prior notice. Parking is available for up to six vehicles at $20 per vehicle, paid at the clubhouse during check-in. Pets are welcome with provided food and water bowls, a small bed, and dog towels. Welcome to Emerald Island Resort, a prestigious and tranquil gated community just minutes from Disney World. Surrounded by lush conservation wetlands and natural beauty, this resort offers scenic walking trails, shimmering lakes, and wooded areas. Guests can take advantage of resort amenities including a heated resort pool & hot tubs, fitness center & clubhouse lounge, tennis, basketball & volleyball courts, and a game room & playground. The resort is conveniently close to a variety of restaurants, shopping centers, and golf courses. No smoking or parties are permitted at the property. Guests must be 25 or older to book. Maximum occupancy is 15. Guests have 24 hours after check-in to inspect the property and notify of concerns; additional maintenance calls will incur a minimum service call fee of $50. Special check-in or check-out times can be requested prior to arrival. Pets must remain on leash at all times outside the home. Garbage and recycling are picked up daily, with an option to take excess to a trash compactor at the end of Hidden Grove Rd. Housekeeping services are provided. The pool depth is 3 ft to 5 ft, and no glass is allowed in the screened porch. Pool technicians service the pool every Monday. The spa heats to 102F after the timer is activated.
