Free parking and Wi-Fi are included. If you would like to add pool and spa heating, the cost is $35 per day of stay. Located within the Windsor at Westside resort community, this home offers easy access to Disney World, Universal Studios, SeaWorld, dining, and shopping. Guests have free access to the resort’s amenities, including a water park, lazy river, clubhouse, fitness center, and community pool. The property is located off state road 192 and US 27, and near I-4, just ten miles from Disney World, Animal Kingdom, and Orlando’s world-famous attractions. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Late checkouts not approved in writing will be fined up to $250. Failure to take out the trash and dispose of it properly per instructions upon departure can result in fines up to $300.
