Feel at home in this spacious retreat located in Kissimmee, offering ample room for relaxation and recharge. This home features a dedicated workspace, central air conditioning, and ceiling fans for year-round comfort. The main living area offers comfortable seating for the entire group, complemented by a separate game room for all-ages entertainment. The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals, opening onto indoor and outdoor dining areas, and a BBQ grill on the patio facilitates effortless outdoor dining. Parking is available for up to (2) vehicles in the driveway. Optional seasonal pool-heat is available for an additional $35 per day of stay, with at least a week's notice required. The garage has been converted into a game room, so indoor parking is not available. Conveniently situated in Kissimmee, this home is a short drive from Disney World, Universal Studios, SeaWorld, and a variety of dining and shopping options. As guests of the Windsor at Westside resort, you enjoy free access to a water park, lazy river, clubhouse, fitness center, and community pool. Quiet hours are observed between 10 PM and 8 AM. There is absolutely no smoking or drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit for 1-night reservations, or may choose between a $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at $100) for reservations of 2 nights or more. Late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. Failure to follow trash disposal rules can result in fines up to $300. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. Number of vehicles on property should never exceed (3) per reservation. Guests are asked to respect the neighborhood and neighbors, keeping excessive noise to a minimum between 10 PM and 8 AM. No fireworks or firearms are allowed on the property. Guests are asked to wipe shoes at the door and remove shoes indoors when possible. The propane tank for the grill must be provided by the guest and is not guaranteed to be filled upon arrival. Includes a dedicated workspace for any work-related needs. Exterior security cameras are present at the front and sides of the home.
