This home features two large living areas with Wi-Fi and TV, a full kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances and cooking basics, and both indoor and outdoor dining areas. For entertainment, a TV and game console are provided. The property includes air conditioning and heating, along with a washer, dryer, bed linens, and bathroom essentials. Enjoy a private pool and hot tub, complete with outdoor furniture and pool loungers. A fire pit and balcony provide additional outdoor gathering spots. Pool and spa heating can be added for $35 per day of stay with at least a week's notice. Parking is available for up to two vehicles in the driveway. Located within the fun-filled, luxury gated community of Reunion Resort, this home offers an inviting atmosphere with golf courses and a calm feel. Outside the resort gates, you'll find a wide mix of dining options and nearby attractions, including water parks and entertainment. Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is absolutely no smoking or drugs allowed inside the home or on the property. Late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. The home is self-catering, with starter supplies provided for bathrooms and the kitchen. A damage protection option is required for all reservations, either a $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at $100) for reservations of 2 nights or more.
