Feel at home in this spacious Reunion Villa, ideal for families and groups seeking fun and relaxation. This villa features 5 bedrooms, 4.5 baths, and sleeps 10. This villa features a private movie theater, pool table, and arcade games for entertainment. The gourmet kitchen is fully stocked with stainless steel appliances, and there are indoor and outdoor dining areas. A free washer and dryer are conveniently located for longer stays. If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance for $35 per day of stay. Located within Reunion Resort and Club, you have immediate access to world-class amenities, including golf courses, spa facilities, and a variety of dining options. Just minutes from Disney’s magic in Kissimmee, the villa provides easy access to theme parks, shopping, and local attractions while offering a peaceful retreat to return to each evening. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The number of vehicles on property should never exceed 2 per reservation. Up to 2 cars may park in the driveway. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10 PM and before 8 AM and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind. No firearms on property, unless kept locked in vehicle. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules.
