The open living spaces are perfect for sharing stories, and the fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances. For entertainment, a dedicated movie theater room provides a cinematic escape, while the game room boasts a pool table and arcade-style video games. The living area includes a flat-screen TV and comfortable seating. Year-round warm climate means the heated pool is ready whenever you are, framed by comfortable outdoor furniture for casual meals al fresco or quiet moments by the water. Pool and spa heating can be added for an additional $35 per day of stay, with at least a week's notice required. Propane for the grill is provided by guests, and a propane tank is available in the house to be filled up. Parking can accommodate up to 2 vehicles in the driveway. Parking passes will be issued by the gate security guard. Located within Reunion Resort, this home is situated in a quiet, golf-course setting with a welcoming residential feel. Restaurants, shops, and everyday conveniences are just outside the gates, and major attractions such as Disney’s Magic Kingdom are a short drive away. The community is gated and secured by a 24-hour security guard. Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is absolutely no smoking or drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. The laundry room provides enough detergent pods for up to two (2) loads. The kitchen includes a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and a sponge. Coffee is not provided. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. Report damages immediately. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any house rules. The spacious living area includes a workspace for those who need to stay connected.
