This spacious home offers ample room to settle in, gather, and unwind. The home features a heated pool with outdoor seating, a theater room, a pool table, and arcade games. The spacious living area includes a flat-screen TV, and the full kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances. Indoor and outdoor dining areas are available for your convenience. Heated pool and spa heating can be added for an additional $35 per day of stay, with at least a week's notice required. Propane for the grill is provided by guests, and guests will need to fill the propane tank themselves. Free parking is available for up to 2 vehicles in the driveway. Reunion Resort is a fun-filled luxury gated community shaped by its golf course setting, offering quiet walks and a welcoming residential atmosphere. Restaurants, attractions, and everyday conveniences are within easy reach just outside the resort. Major destinations, including those near Disney’s Magic Kingdom and other nearby attractions, are a short drive away. Quiet hours are observed between 10 PM and 8 AM. There is absolutely no smoking or drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. The home is self-catering, and while a starter supply of toiletries and cleaning products is provided, they are not refilled during your stay. Guests are responsible for filling the propane tank for the grill. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules. Please wipe shoes at the door and it is preferred that shoes are removed indoors. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10 PM and before 8 AM, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind. No firearms on property, unless kept locked in vehicle. Please take out the trash and dispose properly per instructions upon departure. Report damages immediately. The host reserves the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any house rules. Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace provide flexibility if you need to stay connected.
