Indoor and outdoor dining areas are available, and a dedicated workspace with high-speed Wi-Fi is provided. Step outside to a private pool and spa on the patio, complete with outdoor furniture and a BBQ grill. Guests have access to Solterra Resort's amenities, including a resort-style pool with a water slide, lazy river, poolside cafe, fitness center, playground, tennis and volleyball courts, and recreational areas. A mandatory amenities fee of $35 for groups up to 12 guests and $48 for groups of 13 or more is collected by the HOA. Parking can accommodate up to 2 vehicles in the driveway. Propane for the BBQ grill is not included and guests are responsible for purchasing it if needed. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community. Guests are asked to wipe shoes at the door and it is preferred that shoes be removed indoors. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors by being considerate while socializing outdoors after 10 PM and before 8 AM, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time.
