This townhome accommodates up to 8 guests across 4 bedrooms and 6 beds. A large living area invites you to gather, with seating for everyone to spread out. Room-darkening shades make it easy to sleep in, while central air conditioning and heating keep the space comfortable. A dedicated workspace in a room with a door offers privacy. The private backyard includes a pool and a fully fenced grassy area, with a patio and an electric BBQ grill for outdoor meals. A full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a coffee maker is available for your convenience. A pack ’n play or travel crib is available upon request, along with a high chair and children’s dinnerware. A free washer and dryer in the unit make longer stays simple. Pool and hot tub heating can be added for an additional $35 per day of stay, with at least a week's notice required. Located right in the heart of Kissimmee, this townhome is nestled near Walt Disney World, SeaWorld Orlando, and Universal Studios. Storey Lake Resort offers convenient access to fine-dining restaurants, spas, health centers, clinics, local transport stations, and shopping destinations. The community clubhouse features a swimming pool, full-service restaurant, tiki bar, splash pad, sand volleyball, and mini-golf. Travel times include 23 minutes to MCO Airport. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Events are not allowed. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise. The number of vehicles on property should never exceed two per reservation. Up to two cars may park in the driveway. Please refrain from moving the furniture within the property; if minor adjustments are needed, please return the furniture to its original position before checking out, or an additional fee may be charged. Please wipe shoes at the door and it is preferred that shoes are removed indoors. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10 PM and before 8 AM, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. After it rains, there may be a few small bugs that wash off the screen and into the pool, and the pool may appear slightly discolored. No fireworks of any kind. No firearms on property, unless kept locked in vehicle. Please take out the trash and dispose properly per instructions upon departure. Report damages immediately. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules. A dedicated workspace in a room with a door offers privacy when you need a quiet moment. Wifi is available throughout the space.
