Storey Lake Resort is a gated master-planned resort community that offers convenient access to fine-dining restaurants, spas, health centers, clinics, local transport stations, and shopping destinations all within a short distance drive. Quiet hours are observed between 10 PM and 8 AM. Pool heating is available for an additional $35 per day of stay and requires at least a week's notice. A non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at $100) or a $250 refundable security deposit is required for stays of 2 nights or more. For 1-night reservations, a $250 refundable security deposit is required. There is absolutely no smoking or drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. A maximum of 10 guests are allowed at any given time. Check-out time is 10 AM, and late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. Free designated parking is available for up to two cars in front of the unit. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. Please note that in sunny Florida, humidity and bugs are a natural and common occurrence. The pool is serviced weekly, and some debris may wash into the pool after rain. No fireworks or firearms are allowed on the property unless kept locked in a vehicle. Guests are asked to wipe shoes at the door and it is preferred that shoes are removed indoors. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors by being considerate while socializing outdoors after 10 PM and before 8 AM, and keeping excessive noise to a minimum during this time. Guests are required to take out the trash and dispose of it properly upon departure. Damages must be reported immediately. Violations of house rules may result in termination of a reservation without refund and/or monetary fines. Includes a BBQ grill and outdoor dining area.
