This home boasts five spacious bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, providing comfort for up to 13 guests. The comfy living area is perfect for family relaxation, equipped with a flat-screen TV and ample seating. The fully stocked kitchen includes everything you might need to prepare a big breakfast before a day of adventure. Enjoy the luxury of a private pool in your backyard, complete with outdoor pool loungers, perfect for soaking up the Florida sun. Pool heating is available for an additional cost of $35 per day, with at least a week's notice required for arrangement. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM, and there is absolutely no smoking or drugs allowed inside or outside the property. The reservation must be made by someone at least 21 years of age, who must be one of the guests staying at the property. No third-party bookings are allowed unless agreed upon in writing.
