This home offers a full kitchen with an indoor dining table, ideal for preparing meals and enjoying them together. The open living area features ample seating and a TV for relaxation. Air conditioning and heating ensure comfort year-round. The private patio with a BBQ grill and outdoor furniture provides a perfect spot for casual meals or downtime. Guests enjoy access to Solterra Resort’s pool, gym, lazy river, recreational areas, and poolside café. Free parking is available on the premises. Pool heating can be added for an additional $35 per day of stay, with at least a week's notice required. Propane for the BBQ grill is provided by guests, who may need to fill the tank themselves. Located in Davenport, this vacation home is near theme parks like Walt Disney World® Resort and Disney's Animal Kingdom® Theme Park. It's also a short drive from Disney Springs™ and Old Town for shopping, and close to outlet shopping, golfing, and winery tours. Solterra Resort is conveniently located just 5 minutes from a supermarket and other stores, with an IMAX movie theater and more at Posner Park, 7 minutes away. Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is absolutely no smoking or drugs allowed inside the home or on the property. Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit for 1-night stays, or can choose between a $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at $100) for stays of 2 nights or more. Late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited. Failure to properly bag and dispose of trash could result in fines up to $300. Guests are asked to report damages immediately. The host reserves the right to terminate a reservation without refund and/or pursue monetary fines for rule violations. A dedicated workspace and Wi-Fi support longer stays or remote work when needed. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. The laundry room provides enough detergent pods for up to two (2) loads. The kitchen includes a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and a sponge. Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are available for use.
