The living area features a flat-screen TV and comfortable couches. The large, fully stocked kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, and there are spacious indoor and outdoor dining areas. Enjoy the private outdoor patio with a grill and loungers, and a balcony with loungers overlooking the community. Access to the community outdoor pool and fitness center is available for an extra fee of $100+tax per group per day, charged only if you use the clubhouse. Guests are responsible for purchasing propane for the grill, and a $30 cleaning fee applies to the grill. There is one designated parking space in front of the home, with additional unassigned spaces available throughout the community. Conveniently situated in the heart of Orlando, this villa is just 8 minutes from Disney World, 20 minutes from Sea World, and 30 minutes from Universal Studios. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
