The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. Please wipe shoes at the door and it is preferred that shoes are removed indoors. Please do not use any part of the exterior of the property as a drying or hanging area for laundry. Be considerate of neighbors and keep excessive noise to a minimum between 10 pm and 8 am. Fireworks and firearms are not allowed on the property, unless firearms are kept locked in a vehicle. Please take out the trash and dispose of it properly upon departure. Report any damages immediately. The host reserves the right to terminate a reservation without refund and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any house rules.
