This spacious 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom home offers an exclusive perspective for experiencing Orlando. This villa features a large full kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances, perfect for preparing meals. Relax in the spacious family room with a flat-screen TV and comfortable couches. Enjoy both indoor and outdoor dining areas, and a private patio with a grill and loungers. A balcony with loungers overlooks the beautiful community. Access to the community outdoor pool, fitness center, volleyball, and tennis courts is available for an additional fee of $100 plus tax per group per day, charged only if you use the clubhouse. A shuttle service is available upon request at the concierge for a fee. Vehicles are also recommended for getting around. Situated in the heart of Orlando, this villa is a tranquil oasis that redefines hospitality. It's just 2 minutes away from Disney's Animal Kingdom Park, placing you in the heart of the magic. World-class dining options are also just a couple of miles from the resort. There is absolutely no smoking or drugs allowed inside the home or on the property. Propane for the grill is provided by the guests, and the propane tank cannot be guaranteed to be full upon arrival. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. There is one designated parking space in front of the home, and additional spaces throughout the community can be used for extra cars, though availability cannot be guaranteed. Please wipe shoes at the door and it is preferred that shoes are removed indoors. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors, being considerate with outdoor socializing and noise between 10 pm and 8 am. No fireworks or firearms are allowed on the property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. Please take out the trash and dispose of it properly upon departure. Report any damages immediately. Late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. A damage protection option is required for all reservations, processed through a third-party system prior to arrival. For reservations of 2 nights or more, guests may choose between a $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at $100). For 1-night reservations, a $250 refundable security deposit is required. Includes a washer/dryer and a fully stocked kitchen with everything you might need. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. The laundry room provides enough detergent pods for up to two (2) loads. The kitchen includes a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and a sponge. A coffee maker is provided, but coffee is not. Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are available for use.
