Feel at home in this brand new, modern, luxurious and tastefully decorated 5-bedroom home in Solara Resort. This home offers three huge and tastefully furnished master bedrooms and two Lion King themed rooms, perfect for a family vacation. This home is fully equipped with kitchen essentials, bathroom supplies, high quality bed sheets, large towels, and extra blankets. The large living room offers a classy entertaining space which opens up to the patio where the heated private pool is located. The outdoor furniture provides a great atmosphere for a glass of wine by the pool during sunset. Additional features include a media room, spacious kitchen, and a huge kitchen island with furniture of the highest quality. If you would like to add pool heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you for $35 per day of stay. The Solara Resort is located close to Walt Disney World and at the center of all of Orlando’s exciting attractions. Nearby attractions include Disney World (7.6 miles), Universal Studios (21.7 miles), and SeaWorld (16.5 miles). There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. The maximum number of guests allowed at any given time is 12. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The number of vehicles on the property should never exceed three per reservation. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 8am, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time of 10AM, you may incur a fee of up to $300.
