Complimentary access to resort amenities including pools, spas, and fitness centers is available with the purchase of RFID cards at $15 each, valid for 3 days. Guests have the option to arrange tee times at the Palmer, Nicklaus, or Watson Golf Courses, with booking and fees being the responsibility of the guest. A grill is provided, but propane is not included and guests are responsible for purchasing it if needed. Located within Reunion Resort in Kissimmee, this villa is steps away from community parks, playgrounds, and family-friendly amenities. The resort offers a fun-filled luxury gated community atmosphere with a 25 MPH speed limit. Outside the resort gates, you'll find a variety of dining options, alligator farms, airboat rides, and water parks. Please drive the 25 MPH speed limit at all times and watch for golf carts. Be considerate of neighbors and keep excessive noise to a minimum outdoors between 10 pm and 8 am. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed. Events are not allowed. This home is not baby-proofed. No third-party bookings are allowed unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Up to two cars may park side-by-side in the driveway; parking on the grass or alongside streets parallel to another vehicle is prohibited. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited. Please wipe shoes at the door and it is preferred that shoes be removed indoors. Please take out the trash and dispose properly per instructions upon departure. Report damages immediately. Fireworks and firearms are not allowed on the property. Additional guidelines posted within the home must be followed. Guests are responsible for purchasing propane for the grill if needed. Guests do not have access to Encore amenities or Encore wristbands. Guests must present an RFID card to access community amenities, and each card costs $15 and has a 3-day expiration.
