Designed for comfort and fun, this villa features themed bedrooms, two large living areas, and a dedicated gameroom for friendly competition. The full kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, perfect for preparing meals, and offers adjacent indoor and outdoor dining spaces. Enjoy year-round comfort with air conditioning and heating, along with the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer. Essential amenities include bathroom essentials, bed linens, towels, hangers, a hair dryer, shampoo, hot water, smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, a first-aid kit, and reliable Wi-Fi. A TV is also provided for entertainment. For added comfort, pool and spa heating can be arranged for an additional fee of $35 per day of stay, with at least a week's notice required. The community itself is a gated resort offering first-class amenities, including a huge resort-style pool, a lazy river, water slides, a separate splash pool, a hot tub, a volleyball court, a basketball court, a BBQ and picnic area, and a large clubhouse with arcades and a bar and lounge. The property is just a couple minutes' walking distance to the clubhouse. Conveniently situated off State Road 192 and US 27, and near I-4, it's just ten miles from Disney World, Animal Kingdom, and Orlando’s world-famous attractions. Ample shopping, dining, and entertainment are available in the immediate area outside the resort. This is a non-smoking and no-drugs property, both inside the home and elsewhere on the property. Violation of this policy may lead to termination of the reservation and/or monetary fines. Guests are responsible for cleaning up any pet mess or waste. To prevent the A/C unit from freezing, the temperature must be kept at or above 70°F; failure to do so may result in a fine of up to $500. The villa accommodates a maximum of 12 guests at any given time.
