Feel at home in this spacious 7-bedroom, 5.5-bathroom villa in Orlando, perfect for families and groups exploring nearby parks. This home offers ample space for everyone to unwind. The villa features two large living areas and a dedicated gameroom for entertainment. The full kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, and both indoor and outdoor dining areas provide flexible spaces for meals. For your comfort, the home includes air conditioning and heating, as well as a washer and dryer for longer stays. Enjoy your own private pool and outdoor patio area. Guests also have free access to the community water park and amenity center. Free parking is available on the premises and additional free street parking is available. Pool and spa heating can be added for an additional $35 per day of stay, with at least a week's notice required. A pet fee and $150 security deposit are required for guests bringing one house-trained dog under 50 lbs. Located in the desirable Windsor at Westside community, this villa offers convenient access to Orlando's theme parks, with Disney World approximately 20-25 minutes away, SeaWorld about 30 minutes, and Universal Studios around 35 minutes. The community itself boasts first-class amenities, including a resort-style pool, lazy river, water slides, a hot tub, volleyball and basketball courts, a BBQ & picnic area, and a clubhouse with arcades, a bar, and a lounge. Ample shopping, dining, and entertainment are also found in the immediate area. Check-out time is 10 AM. Late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between guests. Pool service is provided weekly. Please note that in sunny Florida, humidity and bugs are a natural occurrence. The property is professionally sprayed for pests. Keep the temperature at or above 70°F to prevent the A/C unit from freezing, or you may incur a fine of up to $500. Propane for the grills is usually provided by the guests; a propane tank is available in the house to be filled. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight. The number of vehicles on property should not exceed two per reservation, with up to two cars allowed to park in the driveway. Shoes are preferred to be removed indoors. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors, being considerate with outdoor socializing after 10 PM and before 8 AM, and keeping excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind are allowed. No firearms on property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. Please take out the trash and dispose of it properly upon departure. Report damages immediately.
