Welcome to your Orlando retreat, perfect for families and groups exploring the nearby parks. Feel at home in this spacious villa with seven bedrooms and five and a half baths. This villa sleeps 14 and features a private pool, an outdoor patio, a game room, and two large living areas. The full kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances. For your convenience, there is also a washer and dryer, and air conditioning. If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay. Guests also have free access to the community water park and amenity center. Free parking is available on the premises, and additional free street parking is available. Located in the desirable Windsor at Westside community, the villa places you within a short drive of Orlando’s most beloved attractions. Disney World is approximately 20-25 minutes away, SeaWorld about 30 minutes, and Universal Studios around 35 minutes, giving you easy access to some of the area’s most popular destinations. The property is just a couple minutes walking distance to the clubhouse. In the immediate area outside the resort, you will find ample shopping, dining, and entertainment. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. A written notification from the guest and approval by the host is required to welcome up to one house-trained dog (less than 50 lbs) and a $150 security deposit is required. It's important to note that any mess and/or pet waste is expected to be cleaned, picked up, and disposed of properly. Please keep the temperature at or above 70°F. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Number of vehicles on property should never exceed two per reservation. Up to two cars may park in the driveway. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 8am. Also, keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind. No firearms on property, unless kept locked in vehicle. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules. Check-out time is 10AM. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300. The garage has been converted into a game room. Therefore, indoor parking is not available.
