A separate game room provides an additional gathering space with games and a large TV, ensuring entertainment for all ages. The kitchen is a large, full kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances, and a nearby dining table is perfect for shared meals. For outdoor enjoyment, there is a private pool and hot tub with outdoor seating, and a BBQ grill is available for casual meals. Optional pool and spa heating can be arranged for an additional cost of $35 per day of stay, with at least a week's notice required. A crib and high chair are provided for families. Late checkouts not approved in writing will be fined up to $300. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise. A maximum of 3 vehicles may park on the designated area. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors, keeping excessive noise to a minimum during quiet hours. No fireworks or firearms are allowed on the property.
