This home offers ample space for families and groups, with a layout that balances together-time and private retreats. The main living room features comfortable seating and a TV for movie nights. A separate game room provides another gathering spot with games and a large TV. The large, fully equipped kitchen boasts stainless-steel appliances and opens onto a generous dining table, perfect for preparing home-cooked meals or quick snacks. For little ones, a crib and high chair are provided, and a washer and dryer are available for laundry. Free parking is available for up to two vehicles in the driveway. Optional pool and spa heating can be arranged for an additional $35 per day of stay, with at least a week's notice required. Propane for the BBQ grill is provided by guests, with a propane tank available in the house. Situated within the Windsor at Westside Resort, this home is a short stroll to the clubhouse, amenity center, and resort facilities. The resort offers water-park-style amenities including a lazy river, water slides, splash pool, and sports courts. Nearby, you'll find ample shopping, dining, and entertainment, with Disney World, Universal Studios, and other Orlando attractions just a short drive away. Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is absolutely no smoking or drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Late check-outs not approved in writing will be fined up to $300. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise. Number of vehicles on property should never exceed three per reservation. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during quiet hours. No fireworks of any kind or firearms on property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. Please take out the trash and dispose properly per instructions upon departure; failure to follow this rule can result in fines up to $300. Report damages immediately. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules. Includes a washer and dryer for laundry convenience.
