Welcome to your Orlando-area home base, a spacious retreat designed for comfort, fun, and easy days together near the parks. This home sleeps 13 and features 6 bedrooms, 9 beds, and 4.5 baths. Sunlight fills the open living areas as you settle in after a day out. This villa offers a relaxed rhythm for family and group stays near Orlando’s attractions. The main living room is spacious and designed for time together, with ample seating and a TV. A separate game room adds another gathering space, complete with games and a large TV. The full kitchen is equipped for home-cooked meals, with stainless steel appliances and a dining table nearby. A crib and high chair are provided. Enjoy access to a pool with optional heat and a hot tub with outdoor seating. If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you for $35 per day of stay. Set within the gated Windsor at Westside Resort, this home is a short walk to the clubhouse and amenity center. Guests have access to resort features including a large pool, lazy river, water slides, splash pool, hot tub, sports courts, BBQ and picnic areas, and a clubhouse with arcades, bar, and lounge. Shopping, dining, and entertainment are close by, and the home is within an easy drive of Disney World, Universal Studios, and other Orlando attractions. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. There is no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Late checkouts not approved in writing will be fined up to $300. Failure to take out the trash and dispose of it properly can result in fines up to $300.
