This villa features 8 comfortable beds across 6 bedrooms, ensuring privacy and comfort for up to 13 guests. The main family room includes a flat-screen TV, and a dedicated workspace with reliable Wi-Fi supports remote work. The game room provides entertainment for all ages. The large, full kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and cooking basics, complemented by indoor and outdoor dining areas. Guests have free access to the community water park, lazy river, amenity center, and clubhouse at The Retreat at ChampionsGate. Additional resort facilities include a fitness center, movie theater, games room, playground, volleyball courts, an 18-hole golf course, driving range, putting green, 6 clay tennis courts, and a tennis clubhouse. Pool heat and/or hot tub usage requires a written request a week prior to check-in and incurs a daily fee of $35. Additional fees may apply if a week's notice is not given. Propane for the grill is not provided; guests may pick up a new tank or exchange the existing one. Up to two cars may park side-by-side in the driveway, and one vehicle may park in the street. Additional parking is available in a designated community section. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited. Located in the Four Corners area, this villa is conveniently situated close to world-renowned attractions, with Disney a 20-minute drive, Universal Studios approximately 28 minutes, and SeaWorld about 25 minutes away. Dining and shopping options are also within easy reach. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. There is absolutely no smoking or drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Events are not allowed. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. The home is not baby-proofed. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Please wipe shoes at the door and it is preferred that shoes are removed indoors. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors by being considerate while socializing outdoors after 10 PM and before 8 AM, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. After it rains, there may be a few small bugs that wash off the screen and into the pool, and the pool may appear slightly discolored. No fireworks of any kind. No firearms on property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. Please take out the trash and dispose properly per instructions upon departure. Report damages immediately. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules.
