Feel at home in this spacious villa nestled in the highly sought-after ChampionsGate community. This inviting villa features 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. This villa offers 2 living areas, a large full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a game room, and spacious indoor and outdoor dining areas. Enjoy the convenience of a free washer and dryer. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you might need to make a big breakfast before an adventure-filled day in Orlando. Enjoy access to the community water park and amenity center/clubhouse. If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please request it in writing a week prior to check-in, as it requires up to 24 hours to heat. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of usage, and additional fees may apply if a week's notice is not given. Located in a gated masterplan community in Florida, this villa offers easy access to Orlando’s theme parks like Disney World, as well as shopping and dining at Posner Park. Transportation is a breeze with close proximity to both I-4 and 27 freeways. The Retreat at ChampionsGate promises endless enjoyment for everyone in your family. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. The maximum occupancy is 13 guests at any given time. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Up to 2 cars may park side-to-side in the driveway in front of the garage, and 1 vehicle may park in the street. Please don't park on the grass or alongside the streets parallel to another vehicle. If you need an additional parking spot, there's a section in the community called Lava Tree Dr where you can find extra parking spots for overflow parking. During the day, you can park in the Clubhouse parking lot, but overnight parking is not permitted. In sunny Florida, humidity and bugs are a natural and very common occurrence. The property is professionally sprayed for pests, but remember to pack sunscreen and bug spray. Check-out time is 10 AM. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300. The host reserves the right to terminate a reservation without refund and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules.
