Air conditioning and heating ensure comfort throughout your stay. Step outside to enjoy the pool and hot tub, ideal for cooling off or relaxing after a day exploring nearby attractions. The patio, complete with outdoor furniture and a BBQ grill, offers an easy setting for casual meals or evening conversations in the open air. This pet-friendly home offers free parking in the garage and on the street, accommodating up to two vehicles in the driveway. A gym is also available within the community, and shared resort amenities such as a gym may be available, depending on resort access. Pool heating and hot tub heat can be arranged for an additional $50 per day for the entirety of the stay. Please drive the 25 MPH speed limit at all times and watch for golf carts. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit for 1-night reservations, or may choose between a $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at $100) for reservations of 2 nights or more. Check-out time is 10 AM. Please be aware that humidity and bugs are a natural occurrence in Florida. Please remember to pack sunscreen and bug spray. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors, and be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 8am, keeping excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind. No firearms on property, unless kept locked in vehicle. Please take out the trash and dispose properly per instructions upon departure. Report damages immediately. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any house rules.
