The home features a large living area perfect for movies, conversation, or board games, and a dedicated game room with a pool table, arcade cabinet, and assorted games. A full kitchen is equipped with stainless-steel appliances, including a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, and coffee maker. Indoor and outdoor dining tables are available. A washer and dryer are provided for everyday needs. A private pool and hot tub are available, with optional heating for cooler moments. Outdoor furniture and loungers are provided. A pack 'n play/travel crib and high chair are available for little ones. Pets are welcome with prior written notification and approval, subject to a pet fee of up to $150. Parking is available for up to two vehicles in the driveway. Situated in Reunion Resort, this home is a short drive from Magic Kingdom, SeaWorld, and Universal Studios. The gated community offers peaceful streets, golf courses, walking paths, and easy access to nearby restaurants, water parks, and local activities. Residents are encouraged to drive slowly and watch for golf carts. Quiet hours are observed between 10 PM and 8 AM. There is no smoking or drugs allowed inside the home or on the property. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. Check-out time is 10 AM. Late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. Pool and spa heating can be added for an additional $35 per day, with at least one week's notice required. Please note that in sunny Florida, humidity and bugs are a natural occurrence, and the property is professionally sprayed for pests. After rain, there may be some debris in the pool. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited in the community. Guests are asked to remove shoes indoors when possible. No fireworks or firearms are allowed on the property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. Guests are required to report damages immediately.
