Welcome to your Reunion retreat, a relaxing home base near the parks with space for everyone to unwind and enjoy time together. This home sleeps 13, with 5 bedrooms, 6 beds, and 5.5 baths. Soft morning light filters across the open living area as you settle into a quiet moment before the day's adventures. After hours exploring nearby parks, you can step back into a space designed for gathering, relaxing, and spending time together. Evenings unfold easily here, whether you unwind near the private pool or enjoy the comfort of the indoor spaces. A large living area brings everyone together, while the game room adds a playful setting equipped with a pool table, arcade, and games. The full kitchen includes the essentials you need for preparing meals, with stainless steel appliances, a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, and coffee maker. The indoor and outdoor dining spaces offer flexibility, whether you prefer a quick breakfast before heading to the parks or a relaxed dinner at home. For guests traveling with little ones, a pack 'n play/travel crib and a high chair are available. The washer and dryer provide everyday convenience during longer stays. Pool heat is available as an added option for $35 per day. A pet fee is applied. Located in Reunion Resort, the home places you within a short drive of major attractions, including Magic Kingdom, SeaWorld, and Universal. The gated community offers a peaceful setting with golf courses, walking areas, and convenient access to nearby restaurants, water parks, and local activities. Driving slowly and watching for golf carts is encouraged, as many full-time residents enjoy the neighborhood paths. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. The maximum number of guests is 13 at any given time. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Up to 2 cars may park side-to-side in the driveway in front of the garage. Please don't park on the grass, or alongside the streets parallel to another vehicle. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes.
