This home features a comfortable living area perfect for unwinding, and a full kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances. The master bedrooms each feature a king-size bed with an en-suite bathroom, two additional bedrooms offer queen beds, and the fifth bedroom is flexibly set up with two twin bunk beds and two full beds, sleeping up to six. The kitchen is fully equipped for home cooking and includes indoor and outdoor dining spaces. Guests have access to Solterra Resort amenities, including a resort-style pool with a water slide, cabanas, a lazy river, a poolside cafe, a fitness center, playground, tennis and volleyball courts, and recreational areas. Optional pool and spa heating can be arranged for an additional $35 per day of stay. Free parking is available. Located in Solterra Resort, this home is a short drive from major attractions like Disney (25 minutes), Universal Studios (30 minutes), and SeaWorld (25 minutes). The surrounding area offers outlet shopping, golfing, and winery tours. Solterra Resort is conveniently located just 5 minutes from a supermarket and other stores, with Posner Park, an IMAX movie theater, and more shopping just 7 minutes away. Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. This is a self-catering home, and supplies are not refilled during your stay. Each bathroom is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. The laundry room provides detergent pods for up to two loads. The kitchen includes a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and a sponge. Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are available. Propane for the grill is the guest's responsibility. There is absolutely no smoking or drugs allowed inside the home or on the property. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight. The number of vehicles on property should not exceed four per reservation, with up to two cars in the driveway. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited. Guests are asked to wipe shoes at the door and remove shoes indoors when possible.
