The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher, perfect for preparing meals at home. Indoor dining space allows everyone to gather comfortably, and outdoor dining is available for enjoying warm evenings. Guests have access to resort amenities including a resort-style pool with a water slide, lazy river, poolside cafe, fitness center, playground, tennis and volleyball courts, and recreational areas. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise. The number of vehicles on property should never exceed 4 per reservation. Up to 2 cars may park in the driveway. There is additional parking spots on the street next to the home. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules. Please wipe shoes at the door and it is preferred that shoes are removed indoors when possible. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors.
