This home is perfect for families with grandparents and little ones, as there are no stairs to worry about. This spacious home features a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for family breakfasts, and a large living room with ample seating for movie nights. Relax in your private pool overlooking the lake, with heating available for an extra fee. The home also includes a garage game room with a pool table and foosball table, fresh linens, towels, a washer and dryer, and a welcome kit to get you started. Pool heating is available for an extra fee, which requires at least 48 hours' notice before arrival, and parking is available at the home. The resort charges a one-time $25 non-refundable fee per car. Conveniently situated in Kissimmee, Terra Verde Resort is just minutes from Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, and SeaWorld. Shopping centers, restaurants, and supermarkets along US-192 are also a short drive away. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 7 AM. This is a non-smoking and no-pets community, and events are not allowed. Guests must be 21 years of age or older. Resort check-in requires a gate pass and photo ID at the gate, followed by registration of all guests and vehicles at the clubhouse. The $25 per vehicle gate card is non-refundable. Clubhouse and pool hours are from 8 AM to 10 PM, and the Tiki Bar is open from 11 AM to 9 PM, weather permitting. The private pool is unsupervised, so please supervise children.
