This home offers ample space for large groups to spread out and reconnect. This home features a private pool, a relaxing hot tub, and a dedicated game room for endless entertainment. The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, hot water kettle, baking sheet, and a full set of cooking basics and dishes. Enjoy comfortable living spaces and outdoor cooking with the available BBQ grill. Free parking is available on premises and a private entrance provides straightforward arrivals and departures. Guests have complimentary access to resort amenities such as pools, spas, and fitness centers. RFID cards are required to access these amenities and cost $15 each, with an expiration date of 3 days. Pets are allowed with prior written notification and approval, and a pet fee of up to $150 applies. Set inside the gated Reunion Resort in Kissimmee, this home is within a community known for its golf courses and full-time resident feel. Out the back gate, you'll find an easy range of restaurants, water parks, airboat rides, alligator farms, and a stretch of parks and entertainment options. Disney and the wider Orlando attractions are a short drive away. Please drive the 25 MPH speed limit and watch for golf carts, as many residents are full-time. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 8am, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. There is absolutely no smoking or drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Self check-in via smart lock ensures a smooth arrival. Guests have the option to arrange tee times at their convenience at the Palmer, Nicklaus or Watson Golf Courses; booking and associated fees are the responsibility of the guest. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules. Please wipe shoes at the door and it is preferred that shoes are removed indoors when possible. After it rains, there may be a few small bugs that wash off the screen and into the pool and the pool may appear slightly discolored. No fireworks of any kind. No firearms on property, unless kept locked in vehicle. Please take out the trash and dispose properly per instructions upon departure. Report damages immediately. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of ANY of these rules. The home includes Wi-Fi for staying connected.
