This retreat is designed for entertainment, featuring a private pool, a relaxing hot tub, and a dedicated game room complete with a pool table, game console, and air hockey table. The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, hot water kettle, and baking sheet, along with a full set of cooking basics and dishes. Comfortable living spaces with large windows allow for natural light, and a TV and Wi-Fi are available for downtime. Guests have access to resort amenities including pools, spas, and fitness centers at Seven Eagles, Homestead, Carriage Pointe, Heritage Crossing, and The Terraces. Access to these amenities requires an RFID card, which costs $15 each and has a 3-day expiration. Free parking is available on premises and a private entrance provides straightforward arrivals and departures. Long-term stays are welcome. Set within the gated Reunion Resort in Kissimmee, this home is in a community known for its golf courses and full-time resident feel. Outside the back gate, you'll find a variety of restaurants, water parks, airboat rides, alligator farms, and entertainment options. Disney and other Orlando attractions are a short drive away. Please note that guests do not have access to Encore amenities or Encore wristbands. Pets are allowed with prior written notification and host approval, and a pet fee applies, subject to a security deposit. Smoking and drugs are not allowed inside the home or on the property. Events are not allowed. Guests are asked to drive the 25 MPH speed limit and watch for golf carts. Please be considerate of neighbors and keep outdoor socializing to a minimum between 10 pm and 8 am. In sunny Florida, humidity and bugs are a natural occurrence, and while the property is professionally sprayed, guests are advised to pack bug spray. After rain, the pool may appear slightly discolored due to bugs washing off screens. No fireworks or firearms are allowed on the property, unless firearms are kept locked in a vehicle.
