Essentials such as air conditioning, a ceiling fan, heating, and a washer and dryer help create an easy and comfortable stay. Enjoy access to ChampionsGate water park and resort facilities, including a resort-style pool with water slide and cabanas, lazy river, tiki bar, fitness center, movie theater, games room, playground, volleyball courts, and tennis facilities. The community also offers access to a public 18-hole golf course, golf driving range, putting green, and golf clubhouse. Pool heat is available for an additional charge of $35 per day of stay, with at least a week's notice requested. ChampionsGate is a gated masterplan community where dining, recreation, and essentials are close at hand. With convenient proximity to I-4 and 27, reaching Disney World, Universal Studios, and other major attractions is straightforward. The area provides a blend of resort features, nearby restaurants, and easy travel connections, supporting both full days out and restful days in. Up to two cars may park in the spaces near the house. Do not block sidewalks, driveways, or park on the grass. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. If you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time of 10 am, you may incur a fee of up to $300. A dedicated workspace is available when you need to catch up or focus privately.
