High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. Laundry facilities are also available on-site. If you require pool heating, there will be an additional fee. Please let us know at least 48 hours before you arrive if you want to add this to your reservation. Conveniently located, the townhouse is just a short walk from the Clubhouse. It is 9 minutes away from Walmart, 20 minutes from Disney, 27 minutes from Premium Outlets, and 35 minutes from Universal. Established in 2007, Paradise Palms is a gated resort-style community in Kissimmee, Florida, offering a variety of well-appointed amenities and spacious townhomes. The community is located near Florida’s prime hotspots such as Disney World, Sea World, and Universal Studios, which are all within a 30-minute drive. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed. Events are not allowed. Guests must be at least 25 years old. Basic supplies such as paper, trash bags, bathroom products, and condiments are not included. Excessive noise at a level that disturbs the neighbors is prohibited. Compliance with Code-Enforced Neighborhood Quiet Hours of 10 PM- 8AM is required. Guests must respect the neighbors by being considerately quiet. Guests must keep trash and recyclables separated by the designated as required by the individual resort, trash being securely bagged and disposed of in bins. Guest must take trash and recycling to the curb the night before assigned pickup days. Upon departure, guests must place dirty dishes inside the dishwasher, place used bed linens in a pile by the washing machine, place garbage in the outside trash can, and secure all doors and windows. Guests cannot set the Air Conditioning below 72 or the Heat above 78, change the fan from Auto, leave any doors or windows open, or leave the blinds open.
