The large living area flows into a dining space that comfortably seats six, creating an inviting setting for gatherings. Enjoy the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer, and air conditioning throughout the condo. Guests enjoy access to the resort's pool and gym, along with free parking on the property for up to two vehicles. Additional parking is available for commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles, which are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules. Nestled in the heart of Reunion Resort in Kissimmee, this condo is a short drive from Orlando's world-renowned theme parks, shopping, and dining. The blend of resort tranquility and proximity to excitement makes it a versatile home base for families, groups, and golf enthusiasts alike. Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is absolutely no smoking or drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. A damage protection option is required for all reservations. For 1-night reservations, a $250 refundable security deposit is required. For reservations of 2 nights or more, guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). Late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. This is a self-catering home, and supplies are not refilled during your stay. Please note that in sunny Florida, humidity and bugs are a natural and common occurrence. We have our property professionally sprayed for pests, but please remember to pack sunscreen and bug spray! The home is not baby-proofed. No third-party bookings are allowed unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Please don't park on the grass, or alongside the streets parallel to another vehicle. Please wipe shoes at the door and it is preferred that shoes are removed indoors when possible. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10 PM and before 8 AM. Keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind. No firearms on property, unless kept locked in vehicle. Follow additional guidelines posted within the home. Please take out the trash and dispose properly per instructions upon departure. Report damages immediately. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of ANY of these rules.
