Located in Reunion Resort, this home offers a blend of luxury and comfort. Parking can accommodate up to two vehicles in the parking lot. Reunion Resort is a fun-filled luxury gated community that will make you feel like enjoying a stroll around one of the many golf courses. While Reunion has many wonderful restaurants to enjoy, out the back gate, you will find every type of food you can imagine, alligator farms, airboat rides, and a flurry of water parks and places of enjoyment. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. Check-out time is 10 AM, and late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. It is a self-catering home, so supplies are not refilled during your stay. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. The home is not baby-proofed, and only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise. Up to two cars may park in the driveway in front of the garage. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during quiet hours. No fireworks or firearms are allowed on the property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. Report damages immediately. The reservation may be terminated without refund, and/or monetary fines may be pursued if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules.
