A free washer and dryer are included for your convenience. If you would like to add pool heating to your reservation, it costs $35 per day of stay and requires at least a week's notice. Centrally located in a fast-growing part of Davenport, this home is near International Drive, Celebration Town Center, and Posner Mall. Enjoy easy access to grocery stores, dining, and shopping, with Orlando's theme parks just a short drive away. Tuscan Hills is a beautiful community with a gym, tennis court, volleyball court, and a children’s play area. A written notification from the guest and approval by the host is required to welcome one house-trained dog (breed and weight must be specified), and a pet fee is applied with a security deposit of up to $150. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The number of vehicles on the property should never exceed two per reservation. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10 pm and before 8 am, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. Anyone found parking on the street can be fined up to $100. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.
