Sunlight streams onto the private pool deck, where the heated pool is ready for a dip any time of day. Inside, the open-concept layout includes a spacious family room with a flat-screen TV and a fully stocked kitchen with stainless-steel appliances. A small game room offers a playful break between theme park visits. The kitchen features stainless-steel appliances, a full set of cookware, and a generous countertop for meal preparation. The family room centers around comfortable couches and a flat-screen TV. The heated private pool is surrounded by sun loungers and outdoor lounge chairs. Enjoy access to the community clubhouse, which features a gym, tennis court, volleyball court, and children’s play area. Parking for two cars is provided on the property. If you would like to add pool heating to your reservation, the cost is $35 per day of use. Located just off Highway 27 in Davenport, Florida, this home is only 15 minutes from Disney's main gate and within 30 minutes of all the Orlando theme parks. It's also close to shops, supermarkets, and restaurants. A short drive will take you to International Drive, Celebration Town Center, and Posner Mall. The Atlantic (Cocoa Beach) and Gulf Coast beaches (Clearwater) are within 60-80 minutes away. The Tuscan Hills community features water fountains, topiary landscaping, and villas with red-tiled roofs. Golf enthusiasts will appreciate the proximity to Championsgate, Reunion, Southern Dunes, and several other courses. Up to two cars may park in the designated spaces in front of the townhouse entry door, as garage parking is not allowed. Vehicles must not extend beyond the paver area. Anyone found parking on the street can be fined up to $100. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes, and violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules.
