The open living area invites you to unwind, with a spacious layout and tasteful furnishings. The fully equipped kitchen showcases stainless-steel appliances and generous counter space. A free washer and dryer are available for your convenience. A pet is welcome with prior written notification and approval, and is subject to a pet fee. Located in Kissimmee’s Reunion community, this condo is just a short drive from Magic Kingdom, SeaWorld, and Universal Studios. The surrounding area offers easy access to shopping, dining, and entertainment, while the quiet, golf-course setting delivers a peaceful retreat after a day of adventure. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Up to two cars may park near the building on a first-come, first-served basis. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes; violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules. Please be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10 PM and before 8 AM, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules.
