This retreat overlooks the scenic Reunion Golf Course. This condo comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests. The master bedroom features a king bed, the second bedroom has two queen beds, and the third bedroom offers two full beds. A sofa bed in the living room brings the total to 6 beds. The full kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher, making meal preparation effortless. The spacious dining area is perfect for gathering with loved ones. Enjoy the private covered balcony with golf course views, and take advantage of the shared pool and gym for relaxation and activity. Complimentary on-site parking is available for up to two vehicles on a first-come, first-served basis. Pets are welcome with prior written notification and host approval, a house-trained dog is allowed for a pet fee subject to up to a $150 security deposit. Perfectly positioned just a short drive from some of the area’s most iconic attractions, this retreat is 8 miles from the Magic Kingdom, 15 miles from SeaWorld, and 20 miles from Universal Studios. Reunion is a fun-filled luxury gated community with a 25 MPH speed limit. Outside the community gates, you'll find a variety of dining options, alligator farms, airboat rides, and water parks. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 8 AM. There is absolutely no smoking or drugs allowed inside the home or on the property. Events are not allowed. Please note that in sunny Florida, humidity and bugs are a natural and common occurrence. The property is professionally sprayed for pests. Guests do not have access to Encore amenities or Encore wristbands. Guests must present an RFID card to access community amenities, which cost $15 each and expire after 3 days. Guests have the option to arrange tee times at their convenience, with booking and associated fees being the responsibility of the guest. Guests are required to wipe shoes at the door and it is preferred that shoes be removed indoors. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors by being considerate with outdoor socializing and noise after 10 PM and before 8 AM. No fireworks or firearms are allowed on the property unless kept locked in a vehicle. Please take out the trash and dispose of it properly upon departure. Report damages immediately. The host reserves the right to terminate a reservation without refund and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any rules. Self check-in and check-out are offered.
