This home offers a private heated pool, perfect for unwinding and soaking up the Florida sun. This home features two expansive living spaces, a fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and ample indoor and outdoor dining areas. Relax on the outdoor loungers by the private pool. The game room is equipped with arcade games, basketball, and air hockey for endless entertainment. Enjoy complimentary in-home washer and dryer. The private pool can be heated for an optional upgrade. Access to resort amenities such as pools, spas, and fitness centers requires an RFID card, which costs $15 each and is valid for 3 days. Guests have the option to arrange tee times at the Palmer, Nicklaus, or Watson Golf Courses, with booking and associated fees being the responsibility of the guest. Pets are allowed with prior written notification and host approval, a pet fee applies and is subject to up to a $150 security deposit. Up to two cars may park side-by-side in the driveway. Additional parking is available in a designated community section. Situated within the highly sought-after Reunion Resort, this home offers access to championship golf courses, exceptional dining options, and a variety of activities suitable for all ages. The resort is set within a gated community and monitored by 24/7 on-site security, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment. This is a self-catering home. Check-in and check-out are self-service. Due to Florida's climate, humidity and bugs are a natural occurrence; the property is professionally sprayed for pests. Smoking and drugs are not allowed inside the home or on the property. Events are not allowed. The home is not baby-proofed. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited. Please wipe shoes at the door and it is preferred that shoes be removed indoors. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors, being considerate with outdoor socializing after 10pm and before 8am, and keeping excessive noise to a minimum during this time. After it rains, there may be a few small bugs that wash off the screen and into the pool, and the pool may appear slightly discolored. No fireworks of any kind. No firearms on property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. Follow additional guidelines posted within the home. Please take out the trash and dispose properly per instructions upon departure. Report damages immediately. The host reserves the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any rules.
