Feel at home in this beautifully appointed five-bedroom, five-bathroom residence located in the heart of Reunion Resort. This home offers a private heated pool, perfect for unwinding and soaking up the Florida sun. This home features two expansive living spaces, a complimentary in-home washer and dryer, and a private pool with an optional heating upgrade. The fully stocked kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, and there are ample indoor and outdoor dining areas. For entertainment, a game room is equipped with arcade games, basketball, and air hockey. Outdoor loungers are provided for poolside relaxation. Guests have complimentary access to resort amenities such as pools, spas, and fitness centers. Access to these amenities requires an RFID card, which costs $15 each and has an expiration date of 3 days. Guests have the option to arrange tee times at the Palmer, Nicklaus, or Watson Golf Courses, with booking and associated fees being the responsibility of the guest. One house-trained dog is allowed with prior written notification and host approval, subject to a pet fee and up to a $150 security deposit. Situated within the highly sought-after Reunion Resort, this home offers access to championship golf courses, exceptional dining options, and a variety of activities suitable for all ages. The resort is set within a gated community monitored by 24/7 on-site security, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment. Please note that in sunny Florida, humidity and bugs are a natural and common occurrence. The property is professionally sprayed for pests, but guests are advised to pack sunscreen and bug spray. There is absolutely no smoking or drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. A maximum of 12 guests are allowed at any given time. The home is not baby-proofed. Up to two cars may park side-by-side in the driveway. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited. Guests are asked to remove shoes indoors and to respect the neighborhood and neighbors by being considerate with noise levels between 10 pm and 8 am. After it rains, there may be a few small bugs that wash off the screen and into the pool, and the pool may appear slightly discolored. No fireworks or firearms are allowed on the property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. Guests must take out the trash and dispose of it properly upon departure. Damages must be reported immediately. The host reserves the right to terminate a reservation without refund and/or pursue monetary fines for any violation of the house rules. Easy self check-in and check-out is provided. Includes a fully equipped game room with arcade games, basketball, and air hockey.
