A playground and dog park are also available. RFID cards are required for amenity access and cost $15 each, with a 3-day expiration. Guests have the option to arrange tee times at the Palmer, Nicklaus, or Watson Golf Courses, with booking and associated fees being the responsibility of the guest. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Smoking and drugs are strictly prohibited inside the home or anywhere on the property. Events are not allowed. The home is not baby-proofed. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are prohibited within the community. Guests are asked to wipe shoes at the door and remove them indoors when possible. Please be considerate of neighbors during quiet hours and keep excessive noise to a minimum. No fireworks or firearms are allowed on the property unless kept locked in a vehicle. Guests must take out the trash and dispose of it properly upon departure. Damages must be reported immediately. The reservation may be terminated without refund, and/or monetary fines may be pursued for violations of any house rules.
