The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, microwave, pots, pans, and basic cooking essentials, perfect for preparing any meal. A dining table seats four, creating a welcoming spot for meals and conversation. Enjoy the private balcony, ideal for morning coffee or watching the sunset. A shared pool is available nearby for refreshing afternoons. This condo is pet-friendly, welcoming one house-trained dog (breed and weight must be specified, and host approval is required; a pet fee applies). Parking is available for up to two vehicles in the parking lot, with parking passes provided by the gate security guard upon entry into the community. A free in-unit washer and dryer are also provided. Nestled in the desirable Reunion Resort, a luxury gated community in Kissimmee, this condo offers easy access to world-class attractions. It is just 8 miles from Magic Kingdom, 15 miles from SeaWorld, and 20 miles from Universal Studios. The community features many golf courses and a variety of restaurants. Beyond the resort, discover alligator farms, airboat rides, and numerous water parks. The resort is secured by a 24-hour security guard, ensuring a safe and peaceful environment. Quiet hours are observed between 10 PM and 8 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property; violations may result in termination of the reservation without refund and/or monetary fines. The maximum occupancy is 8 guests. This home is not baby-proofed. No third-party bookings are allowed unless agreed upon in writing. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight unless agreed upon in writing. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited in the community, and violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules. Guests are requested to wipe shoes at the door and remove them indoors when possible. No fireworks or firearms are allowed on the property, unless firearms are kept locked in a vehicle. Guests must take out the trash upon departure and report damages immediately. Check-out time is 10 AM; late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. This is a self-catering home, and supplies are not refilled during your stay.
