Located in Bear Creek is a private guesthouse. Fully furnished and designed for comfortable extended stays. The space includes a full kitchen with a gas range, dining area, living area, bathroom, bedroom, front porch and large back deck ideal for one person or a couple. The couch is a futon and can be converted to a queen size bed. The guesthouse is on 6 acres with our primary residence and tucked on the back side of the property. No visible neighbors. The property has a seasonal creek and is surrounded by large trees. You'll likely see wildlife such as deer, fox, squirrels, roadrunners, lizards and many bird species. Just a 20 minute drive to downtown Austin, Dripping Springs, Lakeway, Buda, Kyle and Manchaca. This guesthouse offers a great balance of Hill Country seclusion and convenience. Tenant pays Electric. Water, Gas and Wifi are included in the rent. Please no smoking in the guesthouse. Lease term is negotiable Don't hesitate to reach out with any questions.
