This is a FULLY FURNISHED apartment, not available unfurnished. Available for a monthly rental. Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located condo in Pacific Heights. Proximity to Cow Hollow-Marina, Russian Hill, Polk Gulch and downtown SF. Enjoy the superb city and bay views from the deck. Bedroom behind triple frosted sliding glass doors. Living and dining combined. Modern galley kitchen, high-end appliances. Bathroom has walk-in shower, double vanities, huge closet and dedicated office desk area. Come with indoor assigned garage space. Secure high-rise. Common roof deck. The space is set up very efficient for how compact is it, it feels very spacious. You're in a building with at least 10 floors, about 6 units on each floor with an elevator, laundry and trash chute on each floor. There is a lobby at the entrance with security during the week days and a electronic (fob) entrance. Washer and dryer are in the building. My property manager has to meet you when you arrive to give you the keys. This is an assisted check in. Check-ins are before 6pm. If you arrive after 6pm, check in will have to be the next day. Please plan accordingly. You will have access to the whole apartment. Areas that are shared are laundry, parking, bike parking, lobby, and trash areas. We are located right on the border of Pacific Heights and Russian Hill, you've got a plethora of shops, restaurants, things to do, places to go all around you. Lots of public transportation just a block or two away on Van Ness. The Golden Gate Bridge is ten minutes away by car. The financial district is 10 minutes by car or 30 minutes by bus. North Beach (Italian district) and Chinatown are minutes away. Lafayette Park is two blocks away, Fort Mason is within walking distance as well as the Marina Greens and The Presidio. Guests are required to sign a lease. There is a 1.8% fee on the monthly rate that is applied to all bookings.
