This modern loft features a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living area with a 65” smart TV, and two full bathrooms stocked with towels and essential toiletries. The kitchen includes a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, Keurig, cookware, drinkware, silverware, and wine glasses. There is also a dining table with seating for eight. A free parking space is available at a surface lot near the building (3 min walk). With boutique shops, craft coffee spots, and award-winning eateries just steps away, you'll love exploring the area on foot. The North Loop is well-connected with public transit, bike lanes, and easy access to major highways, making it simple to get around. Smoking is prohibited on the property, including the apartment and garage, and any instances of smoking will result in a $1,000 fine. Parties are not allowed, and hosting a party causing extra cleaning or neighbor disturbances will result in cancellation, eviction, and a $1,000 fine. Guests must be at least 21 years old to book and check in, and ID verification is required. A front door camera (exterior only) and noise monitoring are in place for guest safety, and tampering with cameras leads to cancellation and removal without refund.
