Moved in December 1 and loving everything the Kenton House has to offer! Amy and Savada are the best leasing agents and building managers around! They truly care about residents and tenants and know everyone’s names and their dog’s names too! I left homeownership to become a renter and have no regrets with these ladies taking care of me and the beautiful, clean, quiet, and lovely Kenton House space!

Kenton House is unlike any other apartment complex in the Twin Cities. Not only does its historic charm and classy victorian style make for beautiful living spaces, the management is what makes this place feel like "home". Amy is the most sincere, genuine, hard-working manager who makes our community feel like a family everyday. Could not recommend living here more!
