I have loved here for a years and a half now and I love it here! I have had no noise issues, my apartment has had no bugs or vermin the whole time I have been here. Management has done their best for Me and worked with me when I have needed them. I don't use the entry system other than my key, so I wouldn't know anything about that. And Brittney and the maintenance staff are friendly and kind. Thank you!

Been living here for a couple years and it's been a pleasant experience so far. The location is close to a lot of nearby shopping and essentials (except for public transit). The management is very friendly and very quick to respond to any needs we've had. Maintenance takes great care of the buildings and the outside areas. We've had no issues with pests. Walls seem very thick - can't hear the laundry going or any nearby neighbors (unless you're in the hallway). Has a GREAT pet policy – one of the only places here in White Bear Lake that does not require cats to be declawed, which is a super huge plus. No complaints!
