Quick to respond and quick to repairPut a maintenance request in because my toilet bowl was extremely slow to fill, wasn't sure if it was the water pressure or a water valve. Next morning I received they'll be sending maintenance to take a look at it. Maintenance shower up about maybe 1-2 Hrs later and replaced the parts in less than 10-15 Minutes

Granite Trails Apartments is the best place to live. I have lived here for seven years and they have been spectacular. The administration is very, very good. Jenni is a very kind person and always this dispute to help you with whatever doubt you have. It is a very clean, nice and welcoming place for all kinds of people, whether young adults or children. It's a very safe place to rest And live quietly. I will be happy to renew my new contract to continue enjoying this wonderful place.
