Then you've found your new home! Century Commons was designed with students in mind. We are similar to living in a dorm, but instead of having to go to the cafeteria to eat and down the hall to shower, you have a tastefully furnished apartment with a kitchen and two bathing/showing areas that you share with other students. Everything supplied except linens. You will have your own private bedroom (students love this) with a lock on your door and your own lease (parents love this) so it doesn't matter how long the other students in your apartment are planning on staying. You get to choose your own move in date and your own lease end date. Since we are located 1 block from Century College, our lease end dates are based on their school calendar, but you can move in any time and don’t have to move out in the summer. You may attend any accredited school part or full time or remotely and still qualify to live at Century Commons. You may also take a semester or summer off and still live with us. The rent price listed is based on a one year lease. (Other lease length options are available but may carry and additional monthly fee.) This apartment is newly renovated and furnished with a couch and chair in the living room, Large flat screen, a dining table and chairs in the dining room as well as a stove/oven, refrigerator and microwave and Luxury Vinyl Tile flooring. Each bedroom has a new queen size platform bed and a built-in desk and closet. The kitchen comes fully equipped for the gourmet chief in you. The price of rent even includes ALL your utilities (except cable TV and telephone) and building wide high speed fiber optic wifi, making it easy for you to budget.
