Have been living here for just over 6 months now and we are loving it! I have found the staff to be very friendly and the few maintenance requests I have put in have been handled either the same day or the day after. The units themselves are very nice and spacious and at a great value compared to many of the other apartments/ townhomes we looked at before moving into the area. The location is great, too. Any store we could imagine needing is within 5 or so minutes. Also, I find the majority of my neighbors to be quiet, respectful and friendly. Happy we found this place!

LOVE living here! I never hear my neighbors, any problems I ever had have been address in a timely fashion and I love that it is a dog friendly community! The buildings for being a little old are well maintained and the maintenance guys ROCK! I've been here for about 8 months and I couldn't ask for much more except maybe a 2 car garage ;)! Town homes are spacious and the bathroom is HUGE (main selling point for me)

Great place to live. The management team is fantastic, the maintenance crew is awesome. Everybody has their own preference and what they look for in a place to live. Location, Feeling safe and the staff that is on site are in my top priorities. Honestly this team is fantastic. This place fits every single one of my needs and I have been happy here for a very long time.

Woodlane Place Townhomes is a great place to live especially for families with children. The property was always well maintained, staff were always courteous, and polite. Most of all repairs were completed as soon as possible. Anytime I needed anything the maintenance team immediately responded to my request. I had an electric outage emergency on a weekend, and one of the maintenance workers drove from Wisconsin to look into it for me. It turns out that it was an Xcel problem and I had to leave home to take care of an important errand but the maintenance worker stayed at my home, and ensured that we were set up with a generator temporarily so we did not have to be without power for an extended period of time. Eventually my fiancé and I did purchase a home, but if we had not we would have remained long time renters in this community. Lastly, upon our move out we received our FULL security deposit back, and also a credit for moving out early! If you are a good tenant, and follow the rules, and take care of the property as it were your own you will have a great experience living here. Thank you Woodlane Place! The past few years here were amazing and we will miss this community!

When it comes to moving in and out the staff are extremely helpful! The maintenance team is amazing and respond quickly to requests. The leasing staff are great as well and helpful! If you want a place that takes care of its residents, live here! They provide snow and lawn maintenance and they have a dog park within the property for your pup to run around in. They make it convenient for dog owners to pick up after their pups by placing various waste stations around the property. It is a nice and quiet neighborhood and you can't hear the neighbors you share a wall with. :)

We lived here for 2 1/2 years and loved it. The staff are very friendly and the maintenance is top notch. They are very responsive to requests, usually within 1-2 days. Shout out to Courtney and John! It's a very nice community and very quiet. Nice sized bedrooms and we had a beautiful view into the woods. The kitchen was a little small but it was fine for the two of us. The only reason we moved was to be closer to my husband's work.

My boyfriend and I have been living here almost 1 year and every experience with the office/maintenance has been exceptional and we really enjoy the property. We recently had an issue with our washer and they replaced and fixed our issue in a matter of just a couple days. We are very happy!! Thank you Woodlane!

We lived at Woodlane Place for a little over two years, and we really enjoyed our time there - the office staff was super friendly and helpful from the start, and even sent us a card when our senior cat passed away.
We lived in a non-updated unit, but even then, it was clear that care was taken to keep things in good working shape, and we felt they gave fair rent reductions compared to more renovated townhomes.
Maintenance calls were always completed in a timely manner, from big things like a leak in the ceiling (taken care of almost immediately, and left so well patched you couldn't even tell where it was), to little things like needing a closet door fixed or new pegs for the kitchen cabinet shelves (taken care of within probably 5 business days at most, as far as I can recall).
The grounds were well-maintained and the pool, playground and dog park were nice amenities to have (we didn't have a dog, but I liked that it was there for those who did). Snow was kept cleared well and salt is provided to keep sidewalks safe, though on a couple of the heavier snowfall days it did take a bit to get roads cleared (roads are private streets not cleared by the city). The community is quiet and always felt safe, and management addressed any issues they saw in community spaces promptly. We also liked that investments were made into the community -- things like new siding, repaving areas that needed it and nice poolside furniture showed a willingness to keep improving, rather than letting things decline.
Move in and move out were smooth -- there are clearly laid out procedures that you are held to following, but if you read them carefully and follow them, things should be easy. If you have questions, the office staff will take the time to answer them, so don't be afraid to ask.
We only moved out because we needed a third bedroom (and 3-bedroom units don't seem to come up often), and actually went with another At Home property because we were happy with how things were run.
