Just a quick shout out to the maintenance team at Boatworks! Their customer service is always top notch. I haven’t had many problems in the four years I’ve lived here, but over the summer I had a few issues with the screens in my windows. Nicole was so helpful and attentive with the repair process. She communicated clearly when she would be stopping by to assess the situation and gave me a realistic timeline for when to expect the repairs to be complete. Because there were several repairs needed, I was expecting the process to take several days. Nicole went above and beyond to get the repairs done in a matter of hours and the entire process was complete that day. Not only was she efficient with the work but she was friendly and clear in her communication. All things I value within the customer service experience. Thank you Nicole and Boatworks Team!

I have lived here for almost one year and look forward to staying. The management is friendly and professional, with prompt responses to any questions. The common areas are well- maintained and the apartment is terrific.
