Criteria The amount of the Security Deposit is based on your credit score and is charged as follows: • 599-or less Denied • 600-625 1-month’s rent plus 250 • 626-649 1-month rent • 650-or above $500.00 **Co-Signer Criteria • Credit Score 700 or higher • No Collections or past due debt • Must make a minimum of 5 times the amount of rent • No bankruptcy or liens A one-time administrative fee of $150 will be charged for all approved applications and must be paid upon approval with the deposit to proceed.
