The Fenley has been a great place to call home for a year and a half. After not having an apartment for awhile, I was very hesitant in signing a lease. But the kitchen has been nicer than most kitchens I’ve owned in years and the staff… they’ve been nothing but very welcoming and accommodating. I would even be so “out there” in calling them my friends. The whole place… I sent pictures to my family and they said “I thought you were getting an apartment?” I said “it is an apartment!” They were amazed how nice it is here. Love it and I don’t plan on moving anytime soon.

Love this apartments, their facilities are amazing, if you are planning for renting this is the place to go, full of amenities and they’re clean and fancy. The staff super friendly and kind. Good ambiance and good place for our fury pets! The apartments are very close to Mall of America and you have the subway just around the corner. I really love it!
