We love living here. The apartments are beautiful and well constructed, the maintenance team is great, and the neighborhood is peaceful. We have lived here for four years, and the property manager Mario has made the process of moving to another unit of the building go very smoothly. Management and maintenance staff are competent, responsive and polite, views are beautiful, rent is reasonable and noisy neighbors are never an issue. 10/10, would recommend.

I have had a great experience living here from the nice interactions with neighbors to friendly property managers like Mario who has been extra helpful throughout my time living here. There were often events he posted to the whole building which made living here feel like a community. I went to him with a problem and he not only helped me get sorted out but was eager to help. His help significantly reduced the stress I had and I could not be more thankful. Overall, I highly recommend this place if you want a quiet area that is close to the lakes with easy access to a bike trail right in front of the building. There is also a gym, storage, in-unit laundry/laundry room on first floor, and as of recently an electronic keypad with a camera for entering the building which was nice for buzzing people in or giving them a code to use.
