I absolutely love living here. I read through the lower reviews and don’t understand any of them. Rent is not high for what you get. The apartments are extremely well kept, renovated, has a balcony, and there is IN UNIT LAUNDRY! Literally nowhere else around here has full size washer/dryers for this price. The kitchen is huge. The bedroom is huge. Everything about it is so nice. It’s pretty much my dream apartment. I’ve toured probably every apartment complex in the West-Metro area and the quality at other places is either too nice and too pricy, or not nice enough for the price. I even toured a second round of places for a friend and she ended up living here too because nowhere could compete. It’s also very nice and quiet here. Mostly single people or couples from what I’ve noticed, but there are some families too. Everyone is very respectful and polite! Pool is a nice amenity but honestly we hardly use it. I personally care more about the quality of the units than amenities because that’s where you spend most of your time. Management is great too! Zero complaints about anything. I tell everyone I know to live here.
