My wife and I lived at these apartments for a couple years and loved it! I'm extremely surprised to see so many negative reviews on here. The staff were extremely helpful with every need we ever had. It seemed like constant improvements were being made to the grounds and common areas and even adding amenities here and there. What's more, when we renewed our lease there was barely a price increase, which given all their investment in the complex seemed amazing. We also had no problems at all with getting our deposit back once we moved out. We particularly loved the addition of some planter boxes for tenants interested in gardening, and a games room people were able to reserve. Not to mention the large elevators and gym room. Oh and seriously...location, location, location. Right off 169 and 394 making our commute to downtown a breeze, and on days I couldn't drive, a downtown express bus leaves right out the front. Directly across from a brilliant and cheap movie theater and restaurants. Parks and beautiful walking areas all around. I would, and have recommended this complex to anyone in the market. Thank you to all the staff who made it a great home for us.
