Heritage Landing's staff take their work above and beyond the mindset of a job or career. As an established tenant, I continuously experience these folks as an extended community. There's a culture here of both personalism and professionalism that creates a sense of neighborhood and well wishes among us all. I applaud, celebrate and deeply appreciate all the receptivity and responsiveness both I and my unit receive from the office staff and maintenance teams. Really great place to stay in the North loop with spacious apartments. The staff is great. Eric in leasing helped me look at several floor plans and even proactively emailed me a new options while I was out of town for the weekend. Super helpful! The maintenance staff is also very friendly and quick to fix things as well.
