Feel at home in this cozy 1-bedroom suite in Downtown Minneapolis. This city retreat is thoughtfully styled to blend comfort with convenience and is located in a building with elevator access. This suite gives you everything you need to feel right at home. Inside, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and cooking basics. There is also a modern bathroom stocked with essential toiletries, towels, and a hair dryer. The comfortable living area has a Smart TV for streaming Netflix, Hulu and more. Air conditioning and heating are available to stay comfortable year-round. A back-up fob and cleaner’s closet access are available for longer stays. A dog is welcome (with restrictions), and there is no minimum night stay. Child and infant amenities are available and must be requested at least 72 hours before arrival. Furry friends are welcome (max 2). Please let us know in advance. The following additional per pet cleaning fee applies: short stays (1-5 nights): $75 total, medium stays (6-28 nights): $200 total, and long stays (29+ nights): $300 total. Cats are also welcome, and a small additional cleaning fee applies to ensure the space is thoroughly refreshed for the next guests. Your stay puts the best of Minneapolis just minutes away. Loring Park is a 5-minute walk. The Minneapolis Convention Centre is a 6-minute walk. Eat Street Crossing is an 8-minute walk for dining. The Walker Art Center & Minneapolis Sculpture Garden are a 10-minute walk. The Basilica of Saint Mary is a 12-minute walk. The Market at Malcolm Yards is an 8-minute drive. The Mall of America is a 12-minute drive and Minneapolis–St. Paul Airport (MSP) is a 15-minute drive. The apartment is centrally located and walkable to dining, shopping, and cultural spots like the Walker Art Center. There is a $1000 fine for smoking inside. Any group found to be deceitful regarding parties or social gatherings will incur a $1000 surcharge. An undeclared guest surcharge of $100 per night will be applied for each unapproved guest. Evidence of unregistered pets will result in a $250 fine charged to guests. Guests found disrespecting the community pet policies may be fined and/or may have their reservation canceled without refund. If guests fail to check out by 10 am, a $50.00/hour penalty is applied. If the key is not returned, a replacement fee of $150 will be charged. If the cleaning closet lock is damaged, there will be a $50 replacement fee.
