I moved in at the end of August and management was incredibly accommodating to my tight schedule. Erica and Megan both made the move-in process a breeze and the apartment itself is in great condition. There were some things left from a previous tenant, and some things were dirty, but nothing that wasn't easily cleaned. The proximity to eat street and local entertainment is superb.

I want to give a big shout out to Nico apartments and the building manager who I've had the pleasure of working with on my second building now. It's been a month since I've moved in and the whole process has been simple and seamless. She also takes any concern I have to heart and does her best to make sure they are addressed. New and clean, I love this apartment. Management is super friendly and accommodating to your needs. The whole application process was a breeze and I was able to move in quickly. New appliances, huge windows, clean wooden floors, neat hallways and common areas. They also have a rooftop lobby and grill area and a decently equipped gym. The bldg management and maintenance staff are amazing and super helpful. Would absolutely recommend this place.

I’ve moved in about 3 months ago and I really enjoy living here. Management has been awesome! Anytime I’ve had concerns management has resolved problems/issues in a timely manner. They are on sight Monday-Friday and available to help when needed. Apartment building is beautiful and clean! Neighbors are friendly and respectful!
