The apartment was very clean. We hadn't seen the apartment prior to move in, and were amazed at the large size. Paperwork was ready when we got here. Residents were kind and helpful. The entire grounds were very well kept and beautiful. I would have given 5 +, but the elevator broke on our second day here, and we were moving in on the second floor. It was promptly fixed on Monday.

I put in a maintenance request because I didn’t have any hot water in my shower and they responded fairly quickly And fixed The problem really quickly for which I was grateful I thanked the maintenance man several times. He was very happy to fix my problem and he did a great job.
