I just moved in a couple of weeks ago and would like to share my experience. The leasing and move in processes were easy. I had more questions than the average person and yet the office team (all three of them) were accommodating and polite each and every step of the way. Never once did I feel out off. The move in experience was great; they assisted me in any way they could. The apartment was nice and having those carts to move things up to the third floor are invaluable! The grounds are neat and clean and they do their best to maintain accordingly. The community is in a great location and everyone I’ve intersected with has been pleasant (both team and community). Maintenance has been great and responsive for sure. My favorite part is that the team members there are authentic and very polite. If they can do something they will. Otherwise they shoot you straight and don’t lie and for that I’m grateful.

This was absolutely the best experience I've ever had with an apartment community. Michelle is an absolute rock star and will make sure you are well taken care of. The community itself is gorgeous, the apartments are large, affordable, and clean - and the location is unbeatable. I can't recommend Vicksburg enough!
