You must have a credit report that demonstrates a willingness and ability to pay financial obligations in a timely fashion (we require a score of at least 550). The amount of the Security Deposit is based on your credit score and is charged as follows: • 549-or less Denied • 550-575 Co-Signer • 576-625 1-months’ rent + $ 250.00 • 626-649 1-months' rent * 650 + $ 500.00 deposit Co-signer requirements- credit score of 675 or greater and income equaling 5 times the amount of the rent.
