Stevens community apartments is the greatest leasing office I have ever worked with. Any issues I’ve had living in one of their buildings for 5 1/2 years, they were committed to assisting me as a resident. Whether it was maintenance, issues with noise, minor concerns with the building to make sure it was up to date, cleaned, safe, they took care of it. I loved this leasing office. If it weren’t for outgrowing my space, and a personal desire to leave downtown Minneapolis, I would have loved to continue being their tenant. After moving, I almost wish I did stay. The rent was Very affordable, including $75 for a leasing space, which is far less expensive than anywhere else I’ve seen. Thank you Stevens Community Leasing Office, it’s only been a few weeks, but I miss y’all already!
