Enjoy a comfortable stay and feel at home in this clean and modern 4-bedroom, 2-bath home, occupying the entire first floor and walk-out basement of a two-unit building. It's less than a 10-minute walk to the beach and offers convenient access to Boston by car (15-25 minutes) or public transportation (30-45 minutes). This spacious 2000 sqft apartment was recently remodeled and retains plenty of character with many large windows. The open-concept design combines the kitchen, dining, and living room. Furnished and decorated in 2020, it includes hardwood floors, brand new and very comfortable memory foam mattresses, a large 60" smart TV with access to streaming services, a large comfortable sofa and coffee table, a dining table and chairs, luggage racks, a walk-in closet, an iron and ironing board, and private in-unit laundry. The kitchen has everything you need with plenty of counter and cabinet space, a sink, a stainless refrigerator, a gas range and a dishwasher, as well as a microwave, toaster, Keurig coffee maker, tea pot, knives and cutting board, pots and pans, glasses, flat-wear and utensils. Both bathrooms are clean and comfortable, including large rain-head showers, vanities, commodes, storage, and are stocked with plenty of towels, toiletries, and a hair drier. The main bathroom has a tub. Free parking is available in the driveway for 1-2 cars, and any additional cars can park for free on the street. Located in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood near the beach, this apartment is within walking distance of many restaurants, convenience stores, grocery stores, bars, and other amenities. North Quincy is a nice, quiet, and very safe neighborhood, made up mainly of small to medium homes with the beach, businesses, and restaurants within walking distance. The beach is less than a 10-minute walk away, and there is a great corner market only two blocks away with a coffee shop, beer/wine/liquor, a Greek/Italian restaurant, and a small grocery store. There is a nearby park with a field, basketball courts, and a playground. You can easily access this home by car or public transportation and is a 15-minute, 3/4 mile walk from the North Quincy T Station on the Red Line, which gets you downtown in 25 minutes. It's close to highway 93, which provides quick access to Boston and the South Shore. You can drive to downtown Boston in 15 minutes, the airport in about 15 minutes, TD Garden in 15 minutes, Fenway Park in 25 minutes, Plymouth in 45 minutes, and Cape Cod in an hour (times may vary with traffic).
