Just 150 yards from the beach, it offers convenient access to Boston by car (15-25min) or public transport (30-45min). This spacious 1300 sqft apartment retains plenty of character and boasts loads of windows and light. Recharge from your trip in style with a fully equipped kitchen, three new comfortable beds, a 55" TV, sofa, work and dining area, new bathrooms, walk-in closet, and free off-street parking. The entire space was remodeled and furnished in 2020 and includes hardwood floors, a large 55" TV with Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, ESPN+ and Amazon Prime. There is a comfortable sofa sectional and arm chair with coffee table, dining table and chairs, three comfortable desks for work, luggage racks, walk-in closet, iron and ironing board, shared laundry room, patio with dining table, and backyard. The kitchen has everything you need with plenty of counter and cabinet space, sink, refrigerator, gas range/oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, Keurig coffee maker, tea pot, knives and cutting board, glasses, flat-wear and utensils. It is stocked with coffee, tea, food and snacks. The bathrooms are brand new and spacious with a vessel sink, floating vanity, commode, and stocked with plenty of towels, toiletries, hair drier, iron and ironing board. Both showers include bathtubs. The unit has its own heat and thermostat as well as window AC units in each bedroom. Wollaston is a nice, quiet and very safe neighborhood, made up mainly of small to medium homes with the beach, business, and restaurants within walking distance. The beach is 150 yards away and only a 1-2 minute walk. There is a great corner market only a few blocks away and many more conveniences can be found with a 10-15 minute walk or short drive. There is also a nearby park and playground. You can access the home very easily by car or public transportation. It is a 17 minute, 0.8 mile walk from the North Quincy T Station on the Red Line which gets you downtown in 25 minutes. It is close to highway 93 which provides quick access to Boston and the South Shore. You can drive to downtown Boston in 15 minutes, the airport in about 15 minutes, Plymouth in 45 minutes and to Cape Cod in an hour. These times can vary with traffic. Included is one driveway parking spot and any additional cars can park for free on the street. Street parking does not require a permit and there are no time limits, note it is a oneway street and you can only park on the North side. This apartment is in a two unit building, both units are short-term rentals. The sound insulation is good but not perfect, please be courteous to your neighbors. Quiet time is from 10pm-8am, be respectful of neighbors and other guests. No smoking is allowed inside, and there is a $500 fee for violations, but it is ok to smoke outside. No unauthorized pets, parties, or events are allowed. Guests who cause damage will be charged the cost of repairs. Includes three comfortable desks for work.
